Solution to Problem: After doing a Resistry Scan, noticed a file labeled CheckVer.ocx showing as a problem.

After doing a Resistry Scan, noticed a file labeled CheckVer.ocx showing as a problem.

Original title: CheckVer.ocx
 Microsoft Tech :

After doing a Resistry Scan,  I noticed a file labeled CheckVer.ocx showing as a problem.  I did an online search for this file, and found out that this file is a digitally signed file from National Tax Service.   And, in the information,
I'm warned NOT to remove this file.     Apparently, National Tax Service is breaking local and Federal laws by  1) planting that file in my System,   2) using that file to monitor my Computer System.  Monitoring my monetary actions, such as WHAT I purchase,
WHERE I make the purchase, and the COST of the purchased item.   This is illegal !!!!!!!!!  And,  it is my duty to inform other people of this illegal activity by this company.
NOTE : The file has another name :  CheckVer.cab
