7GB Ram installed. System reports 1.99 GB usable for Windows 7

I have  Mac.
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate via Boot camp.
There appears to be a memory loss. I got 7GB Ram installed.
System reports 1.99 GB usable.
What must I do to access
all my memory?

I'm not sure about Macs, but with PC's you need the 64-Bit Edition of Windows to see more than about 3.2GB as useable by Windows.
The difference between 1.99 and 3.2GB might be down to Boot Camp, but I'm far from sure on that.

Hope that helps.
