Windows 7 "Explorer restarting" crash

My Asus laptop has the common "Explorer restarting" crash error.
I have read through loads of forums but no help.....
Windows explorer crashes randomly, so I have done the following:
 
* re-installed windows 7 and it is still crashing
* crashes in safe mode
* run sfc/scannow, it says there is problems that cant fix? Results to a file, but what do they mean?
* copied explorer.exe into system32 folder
* run a clean boot with only microsoft services enabled
* checked error log and two errors keep appearing with the red exclamation mark.
