I can't find the temporary internet files or change the disk space allocated for them.
I am using IE 9.
I have removed and reinstalled IE 9.
I don't see the Temporary Internet Files folder in the AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows folder and when I try to
create it I get a message it already exists.
I tried the move folder in internet options and get a message that there is not enough space to move the folder (I have used the delete files to no avail).
When I try to change the disk space I get a message to
use a value between 8 and 8.
I cannot download programs with IE but can with another browser.
Help someone.
