I can connect to the internet with out a problem, but not the web page for school. It says internet explorer cannot display the web page.

I am trying to connect to myitlab that i use thru school, haven't had a problem untill now.  I can connect to the internet with out a problem, but not the web page for school.
It says internet explorer cannot display the web page.  What or where is the problem
and how do i fix it?
