Lost Excel Spreadsheet, I still have the Powerpoint Graphs and need to recreate spreadsheet.

My hard drive crashed and I have a spreadsheet with 5 years of information! I had a spreadsheet that deleted, but I made them into graphs and copied them into powerpoint graphs and still have the graphs that were compiled from that spreadsheet data.  I
am hoping that with the powerpoint graphs I can re-create the spreadsheet...HELP!

Machine Throttling

• Click the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Reboot your computer.
