How do I get the first and last day of each week within a month

I need to calculate the first and last day of each within a month.
Example: if 11/1/13 is a Friday, the week would be 11/1/13 -11/4/13.
If the date is 10/29/13 then the week would be 10/28/13 - 10/31/13.  If the date is 11/4/13 then the week would be 11/4/13
- 11/10/13.
Hopefull that makes sense and someone knows how to calculate in excel.
