Can't do a backup on my Dell laptop with Windows 7, getting internal sever error 0x80080005

I did restore my dell laptop to manufacturing date but i stil can't do a backup dell tech say it's a software problem, they can't help me .
After i restore my laptop on the left side there's no option to do a backup, on the right side there a option to
setup a backup but i can't do it i stil get the error internal server error 0x80080005.I did try everything but nothing work.
