I am trying to download the latest version of Adobe reader.
The download fails with the error mesage "Error 1310 check that you have access to c:config.Msi>PFCOFF.tmp".

Follow these methods:
Method 1:
a.
On the "Start" menu, Type Run in the search bar and hit enter.

Manual.
d) Click OK to close the Properties window.

e) Right-click the Windows Installer service, and then click
Start.
The service should start without errors.
f) Click the File menu, and then click Exit.
g) Try to install Adobe.
