Display video frame does not work properly in IE9
I'm using IE 9.0.8112.16421 in Windows 7 - 64bit environment. The video display ad block that appears on upper right side of the MSN.com home page is being displayed in the upper left corner of the screen, completely out of the space where it should appear.
It flickers on and off when I move the cursor around on the screen.
Very aggravating. This also occurs when I go to other pages in the browser that display a video ad block. This just started happening yesterday. What is causing this? How can I fix it?
