black screen at logon with error boxes saying AtBroker.exe and explorer.exe application error

Original Title: when i login i get a black screen with error boxes saying AtBroker.exe and explorer.exe application error
i was trying to install a theme i downloaded with the windows theme installer that came in the same rar.
file i downloaded.
It also came with a shell32.dll file i think it was, and also a .theme file, when i opened all the stuff in the theme installer it
said u need to restart my computer to put the shell32.dll in the theme so i did and put the shell32.dll file in it and restarted the computer again but now when i login on any of my accounts the two error boxes pop up one after the other and i have a mouse
on the blank, black screen with no taskbar or desktop items and i cant open task manager or the same box pops up vwith the application error.
btw im running windows 7 home premium.

·         Did you try booting in safe mode?
·         Where did you download the theme form?
 
Check to see if the following helps.
 
Method 1: Try booting into
Last Known Good Configuration and see if it helps.
 
Method 2:
Step 1: Start your computer in safe mode to see if it boots fine.
 
Step 2: If it boots fine, perform
system restore to check if it helps.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.

NOTE: You might receive an error message that states:

"Access denied as you do not have significant privileges. You have to invoke this utility in elevated mode."

If you receive the above error message, it means you are not logged into you computer as an Administrator. If that's the case, follow these steps to run the command prompt in elevated mode:

• Go to theStart button.
• Go to "All Programs > Accessories" and right click on "Command Prompt".
• Select "Run as Administrator".
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
