Solution to Problem: BSOD 0x0A ntoskrnl.exe - over and over again

BSOD 0x0A ntoskrnl.exe - over and over again

Hello,

I am having frequent (increasingly more so) Blue Screen errors, different stop codes but 0x0A IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL is most common, though there are some 0X1As in there and two 0x3Bs and a couple of 0XC1s after I turned on Driver Verifier.
 The culprit
according to both WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView is, each and every time, ntoskrnl.exe, sometimes alone and sometimes with other culprits like NTFS.exe.

More recently, the screen is freezing and garbling and it reboots without even going to a BSOD.
Sometimes it can go 10 days without an error, sometimes only 10 seconds.
I have already run CHKDSK /F and it said it fixed something "bitmap" related but
the problem persists.
About 3 months ago I replaced the old Windows install which was Vista upgraded to 7 with a clean install of retail 7.
This also did not solve the problem.
I ran memtest and it made 9 passes over the RAM and found no errors.
 I tried
completely uninstalling Norton IS 2013 and that did not solve the issue.
The only thing that seems to bring any relief is a power-cycle.
I kill the power for about 3-5 minutes and bring it back up and it can go 2-4 days without a problem.

Can anyone help me with this?  I'm at my wit's end here.
