BTTray error: cannot start bluetooth stack service (uninstall drivers?)

When I restart my computer, I receive the message BTTray error unable to start Bluetooth stack service.
I have looked at some of the answers for the problem and it looks like the best solution is to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.
I just got
my computer a week ago and it has been having this problem each time I turn it on.
It is an HP DV6 6070CA running windows 7 Premium 64 bit.
I would try to uninstall my drivers and reload them but I am unsure which drivers I am supposed to uninstall.
When I
go to device manager, under the section labelled Bluetooth Radios there are two things listed, Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth and Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.
I can click on both of them and get the uninstall driver option but do I uninstall both of them? Also
do I have to reinstall them manually? I am kind of novice when it comes to these things and I could really use some help, any answers?

You obtain any drivers from HP site, specific to your model (And no, you dont uninstall any drivers)
