Bluetooth notebook mouse 5000 - windows 7 won't connect

Have upgraded to Window7 with clean install.
Have IOgear Bluetooth.
Try to use Bluetooth notebook mouse 5000.
Windows asking for pairing code.
Mouse doesn't have one.
Have unstalled drivers/software.
Reinstalled.
no help.
Any ideas?

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
• Click "Apply".
