Change individual rows to ranges -- Please help!

I have a spreadsheet that in one column consists of approximately 8000 telephone numbers some are sequential but not all.

I need a formula that will take all of the numbers that are sequential and group them together as a range, i.e.
instead of
5013731031
5013731032
5013731033
5013731034
5013731035
5013731038
5013731039
5013731041

It would show 5013731031 thru 5013731035, 5013731038 thru 5013731039, 501373141. Is this possible?

I have assumed that you have column A and C blank, with cell B1 blank, and your first number in B2, and the rest entered in ascending sorted order in B3 and below.
Enter this into cell A2:
=IF(B2<>B1+1,IF(B2=B3-1,"From","Single"),IF(B2<>B3-1,"Thru",""))
and then copy down to match your values in B.
Then copy column A and paste values - sort columns A and B based on column A and delete all rows where column A is blank.
Then re-sort A and B on column B ascending, and in C2, enter the formula
=IF(A2="From",B2 & " thru " & B3,IF(A2="",B2,""))
Then copy down to match column B.
Copy and paste values over column C, and then you can delete columns A and B.

Using System Restore

Click on the Start button on the Taskbar.
Type "System Restore" (without quotes) in the Search box and hit Enter or,
Click on System Restore (when you see System Restore pop up in the list of search results).
Make sure the "Recommended restore" radio button is checked on the restore utility window.
Click on Next and follow the instructions given.

Note: There is the option on the restore utility to select "Choose a different restore point". Unless you have a specific reason to select a different date and time than what Windows recommends, just select the recommended option stated in the steps above. If you choose to select another one, follow these steps:

Click on that desired date and time, and Windows 7 will perform a scan for any affected programs in that restore point.

Once completed, click Next and follow the instructions given.

Once you have selected the restore point, your system will start the restoring process, after which you will have to restart the system.
